For that attitude and work ethic needs to be built by everyone in the organization, institution or agency to be able to be competitive and superior. The driving force or driving can create a person to be ready to work even hard work. The work ethic is an individual way of giving expression to the work that can be a driving force or the driving force for success. The views and a positive attitude will form a good work ethic. To achieve the goals that have been formulated by an organization or perusaahaan it takes a positive view of the work. Work attitude reflected in the behavior in the work. Untuk itulah sikap dan etos kerja perlu dibangun oleh setiap orang dalam organisasi, institusi atau lembaga agar mampu berkompetitif dan lebih unggul. Kekuatan pendorong atau penggerak dapat menciptakan seseorang untuk siap dalam bekerja bahkan bekerja keras. Etos kerja merupakan cara individu memberikan ekspresi terhadap kerja yang dapat menjadi pendorong atau penggerak untuk meraih keberhasilan.
